Director of Operations & Communications

May 2015 - Dec 2016
PEPS hired me to oversee Marketing and Communications in 2012. After building a strategic marketing plan with a focus on branding, messaging and putting marketing processes in place, participation in PEPS programs grew by 41%. With incredible growth locally and opportunities for expanding on the horizon, we found that our system for registration, event and relationship management was not up to the task. Our challenge was to re-think the business processes and implement a technology solution that set up the organization up to scale and respond to the needs of today’s parents. I oversaw the PEPS digital transformation, and worked closely with a technology consultant to launch a new system which greatly increased efficiency for our staff and the registration experience for our participants.
