I've known Dana for a number of years and have had the opportunity to work directly with him the last five. Of late, Dana has played a key role in helping the Contact Center organization shift to a new model of performance management, one that more closely aligns with the needs of associates and leaders alike. Prior to this, our leaders benefited from Dana's regular insights around the performance management cycle. Dana has also proven a willing and sought out presenter during new leader on-boarding. Dana's strength is his courage to speak frankly on topics that impact associates, leaders, and the larger organization. Dana doesn't shy away from issues, instead he quickly rolls up his sleeves and works to identify real solutions. I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to partner with Dana in the past and look forward to further partnership in the future!

I’ve known Dana since he joined the North Carolina National Guard in 2009. He has proven over those years that he knows how to lead and help others lead. He understands and applies what he knows and is clear-eyed about what he doesn’t know. In watching him during his deployment to Kosovo, I found him quick to understand and leverage the organizational dynamics of complex environments and organizations. As a staff officer, he is recognized and respected as an expert consultant and advisor, making sound, data-driven decisions and recommendations. At a personal level, I’ve enjoyed working with him, his candor and commitment to ethical leadership, and his sense of humor even under challenging circumstances.
