Dana brought a unique blend of energy and expertise to Travelers Cheque Supply-Chain Management. No one understood the numbers any better than she did but she also knew what was "under" the numbers and intuitively pulled the right levers to maximize our vast and complicated Travelers Cheque supply-chain. One of the projects she assigned me was to take over a project she previously led to reduce transportation costs through better forecasting and planning. After she had more than halved the cost of component transportation the year prior, she supported my work to do the same with one-on-one collaboration meetings rather than simply looking at the numbers every month. I always felt we were in it together and that I was well supported!
