  As the Public Information Manager, I write media releases, create informational material, maintain the agency's website and social media pages, edit the Disability Resource Guide and plan and coordinating our annual event People with Disabilities Awareness Day at the state capitol. In maintaining the web, I am responsible for ensuring that the site is accessible for all people with disabilities. That means clean code, captioning videos, pictures with alt tags and other details that make it easy for all to see our site.
