Dana led our group to not only finishing first in the class but to finishing in the top 97th percentile against different colleges throughout the world. He demonstrated excellent leadership skills throughout the whole project. Part of this leadership was keeping the team on the same page each week. We would have team meetings he coordinated to ensure the whole team was focused on the same strategy and we had a consistent goal throughout the business we ran. As the new coach I created a new learning system and implemented developmental goals. This system along with progressing goals has transformed the team into highly competitive group that has placed in the top three of their league for the past four seasons. I served as the only intern during the new professional team’s inaugural season. In this role I assisted the team’s executive director in organizing and executing all aspects of the team’s needs. This included game day duties that were critical to the success of the enterprise and weekday duties required to keep the organization functioning.
