I joined Rang De during its pivotal transition into a Peer to Peer lending platform operating as an NBFC after RBIs regulations of 2018. My responsibilities included: • Curation of content for Rang De's Investee (Borrower) profiles including farmers, artisans, craftsmen/women, retailers, food entrepreneurs from across rural India. • Creation of content copy for the Rang De 2020 calendar for Social Investors. • Management of all of Rang De/Habba Social Media handles including the creation of curated content for individual campaigns such as 'Rang Day', 'Rang De India' Telethon on NDTV, and other promotional campaigns for the first launch, farmers, artisans, and entrepreneurs. • Interviewing stakeholders for Social Media features. • Copywriting for www.rangde.in - Field Trip pages and landing pages. • Management of Rang De's blog page and writing of blog posts for www.rangde.in/blog - these include the NDTV telethon, borrower stories. • Worked as a part of the Growth team to write email copies for monthly SI engagement. • Executed mini Instagram campaigns in the build-up to major campaigns for the organization.
