I joined the Franchise Support team at Applebee's Services Inc. and worked on a team with Dana for the first year. During that year I found Dana to be the consummate team player helping me transition into my role as Franchise Business Consultant. Her guidance and leadership helped me overcome the obstacles faced with acclimating to my new role with the company. Within in two years after I joined the company Dana was promoted to a Regional Director position where she became my direct supervisor along with a team of 6 others.
