Working with Dana Crites for several years in the Spectrum Brands Hardware and Home Improvement Group Plant in Denison, TX, I appreciated the help and support that she provided as the HR Generalist to all the employees. During a long period of restructuring and getting by with less, Dana took on the workload of two people. She worked overtime to ensure the employees needs and the needs of the company were met, and always with a smile.
