The mission of Families First of Palm Beach County is to create a safe, healthy and sustainable environment for families and their children through innovative practices. Families First has been in Palm Beach County for 21 years and is currently operating out of three offices in West Palm Beach and Belle Glade. Families First staff specializes in In-Home care for our clients. Our staff works with each family individually guiding them on their path towards stability, whether it is assisting a pregnant mother to find access to health care, or visiting parents to toddlers at home. Our client centered care extends to families facing homelessness, families with children with disabilities, and relative caregiver families where a grandparent is the primary guardian of a child. The goal of all of our programs is to have our clients graduate out of our programs as successful, secure and stable families. Show less
