I worked for Citizens Bank in the Technology Services America (TSA) division. I supported Stephen Lynch, CIO, Executive Vice President, Head of TSA Development. I assisted Steve with daily activities, ensuring meeting calendars are up-to-date, travel is arranged, etc, as well as supported his department managers reporting up to him. I worked at The Hall since it opened in Sept of 2008. I initially worked the maximum 30 hours per week, but after taking the Exec. Administrative Assistant position at Citizens, I only worked there for special occasions, and during holidays to give The Hall an extra hand assisting customers. The Hall is a self-guided trip through the history of the New England Patriots, utilizing various technologies to entertain and inform die-hard and casual fans. My job is to ensure visitors get the most out of their visit, by giving them anecdotal stories and information I have gleaned through my years as a Patriots fan. Show less
