  I am the sports centre manager at the Thomas Rotherham college sports centre TR Sports. The faculty has an Artificial surface, sports hall, fitness suite, membership sales, direct debit process, apply for grants, process purchases/ invoices, show monthly finances, coach children/ students, run exercise classes daily and still give gym inductions/ programmes to customers. I manage a team of staff and have helped deliver an apprentice programme in the past. The centre is part of a college so have dealings with all aspects in the day to day college activities, I assist in the development of the college sports academy’s and recreational sports for students. There is many processes within the college that I assist with daily and have most recently helped to develop netball, basketball and golf in the college. Recently there has been opportunities working alongside stakeholders to apply for grants within sport to help offer students further coaching qualifications and cod, whilst receiving funding to offer different sporting ventures at the college.
