  I am hard at work on "Beyond the Blue Horizon,"​ an ambitious series about Otto Kerchner, a Wisconsin farm boy who dreams of flying and finds fulfillment of that dream and more when he becomes a B-17 pilot in World War II. The Otto's growing up and experiences during the war comprise the first book, "On the Wings of Morning,"​ which debuted the series in October, 2013. I followed that book in May, 2014 with "On the Wings of Eagles, an account of the Kerchner family's life in post-war America. January of 2015 saw the release of "On the Wings of Angels,"​ which portrays small-town life in middle America in the '50's. At this time, I'm projecting a total of twelve books in the series, with one appearing every year. eLectio Publishing of Little Elm, Texas publishes the book.
