Great manager of a team, Excellent lead,

Jon Chan

I had the opportunity to operate in partnership with Dan on the Wheatstone Project for 18months. Dan brings to the table, strong construction leadership and an infectious enthusiasm that positively engages those under his charge and those he collaborates with to achieve shared goals. His proactivity in reaching out and connecting with others internally and externally enables him to build authentic relationships quickly, which enables him to fast-track both tangible (e.g., construction targets) and intangible outcomes (e.g., a high performance culture). Dan drove a mindset of innovation with his crew and ensured his crew were acknowledged through "RESET & Review: Good-Better-How" initiatives. Moreover, Dan is an enthusiastic public speaker that inspires his crew to contribute and engage. It was always great to invite Executives/VIPs to participate in his pre-starts/toolboxes with many also reporting that they personally wanted to join his team too, just by the way he interacted. Dan is an asset to any organisation and I look forward to working closely with him again in the future.
