      Since starting my job at GOTO Events I have really pushed myself and love getting involved in all aspects of the business. Running the south team as been challenging and rewarding at the same time, and with event managing over 100 events last year it really did push the limits. With being on the road a lot balancing my time has become a key role as I need to make every minute count. I also get heavily involved with sales, marketing and accounts to make sure the business is heading in the right way. Always looking at ways to improve and get the best out of other staff and push the boundaries in the events industry.I love building new relationships and running events from start to finish while getting results, I am hugely competitive and want GOTO Events to be up there with the giants of the event industry.

      Since the beginning of Bournemouth Sevens I have worked the event as Bar Manager. The event has grown hugely since the start and my role has been increased massively. With over 20,000 visitors I have to be on my toes for anything that could happen. My role entailed mostly looking after the huge amount of staff on the bars but also stock control, handling money and customer complaints.
