I had the privilege of working with Dan both directly and indirectly for the past 14 years at Insight Communications (now Time Warner Cable). Dan is an extremely dedicated individual that has shown tireless work ethic, strong leadership and a complete understanding of the technical side of the Cable Television, Telephony and High Speed Data businesses. Dan has the ability to work directly with individuals at all levels of the organization from Senior Management to Front Line Employees and Contractors. Dan has earned my whole hearted endorsement and I hope to have the chance to work with him again.

Dan is a highly motivated manager with a focus on detail. I have been involved in several projects Dan has launched without issue. This is directly related to Dan`s outstanding work ethic and drive for perfection.

    • Installation Manager
      • Nov 2005 - Jun 2007

My job duties were to oversee the installation department and our contract partners. The installation department was responsible for 8 contract partners that provided insight with personnel to perform install, upgrade, disconnect, and SRO type work orders. During my term in this position we were able to go to a new contract that was companywide, which helped us relocate manpower to other districts when they were in need of help. We had a strong focus on faults after install, and we were able to reduce these faults by more than 4% during my two years.
