My job duties were to oversee the installation department and our contract partners. The installation department was responsible for 8 contract partners that provided insight with personnel to perform install, upgrade, disconnect, and SRO type work orders. During my term in this position we were able to go to a new contract that was companywide, which helped us relocate manpower to other districts when they were in need of help. We had a strong focus on faults after install, and we were able to reduce these faults by more than 4% during my two years.
