      SCAN connects and champions Scotland's contemporary art community.As Digital Storytelling Officer I manage content across our online channels to develop our community and strengthen the voice of Scotland's contemporary art in the digital sphere.Working closely with the excellent team at SCAN, I create new content for our channels, website and newsletter whilst monitoring our digital output through analytics.       I completed a successful five month assignment for Scottish Qualifications Association as Web Team Officer, with responsibilities in UX testing and consulting, conversation design, website content administration, analytics monitoring, reporting and applying best writing for web and accessibility practice throughout. Demonstrating my ability, fast learning and adaptability through both collaborative and self lead tasks whilst working remotely during lockdown. Tasks included major coronavirus website changes and updates in response to unprecedented cancelling of the national examinations, developing communication processes. I leading on the creation of a Chatbot for the SQA website to offer candidate advice for results day August 2020 onwards. This successful project answered over 3000 inquiries in its first week, linking users to the information they wanted and greatly reduced pressure on traditional telephone support.       I worked for Volta Art Fair over a decade working twice annually for 12 fairs in Basel & New York with progressive responsibilities.In the New York edition I managed a Video Wall project from design, equipment purchase and hire, collating submissions from editing, Installation of screen, sound and projector and timing of presentation. Operating a Talks Salon with artnet during the fair, Installation, leasing with media partners, accommodating presentations, Technical setup for all AV and live streaming. During the Basel fair my responsibilities included handling Installation, overcoming technical challenges. Sourcing and preparing equipment, organising deliveries, co-ordinating with gallerists and artists, responsible for storage and re-hanging operations, being available to provide artist and exhibitor support throughout.
