  Responsible for coordinating all project managers. I developed standards for proposal writing, CAD documentation, personnel evaluations, hiring procedures and company policies and procedures. I also started a panel fabrication shop. I started the vendor/customer relationships necessary to stock and equip the fabrication shop.I was responsible for making the transition from Sunrise/IAD, an independent company, to IBT Automation Division. I acted as a liaison between Sunrise/IAD personnel and IBT upper management.
