Founded in Baltimore in 1791 by the Society of Saint Sulpice, St. Mary's Seminary strives, as its primary purpose, to provide outstanding spiritual, human, intellectual and pastoral preparation for candidates for the Roman Catholic Priesthood. Following in the Sulpician Seminary tradition, it seeks to do this as a formational community grounded in Jesus Christ and primarily directed toward diocesan priestly service in the Church.

Mr. Rizzo was also responsible for all aspects of the Company’s dataset assets, including processes to support and achieve high integrity, reliability, and security; accuracy and efficiency of integration; comprehensive policies and procedures for access and utilization; and ultimate realization of value for the Company, clients, and the healthcare community. In addition to these roles, Mr. Rizzo served as the Company’s Security Officer. Prior to this role at Inovalon, Mr. Rizzo has served a number of senior management positions assigned to the oversight of data analytics and processing; data integration and mapping aspects of the service delivery process; oversight and implementation of the Company’s information technology security policies and procedures; and the coordination of financial planning and modeling associated with new product design. Prior to assuming his position with Inovalon, Mr. Rizzo served as Vice President of Product Development for Founding Advisors, Inc., a specialized management consulting firm. In the service of Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo served in various product development roles, including leading the technology and software design and development of the core products of Medical Site Reviewers. Prior to joining Founding Advisors, Mr. Rizzo was a senior consultant at Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he advised clients in the health care, telecommunications, and insurance industries.
