I have worked with Dan Rigazzi for 20+ years both in the performing arts and in the corporate events world, and can’t recommend him highly enough. I have hired him both as a Production Coordinator and as a Stage Director. He is organized, detail oriented, flexible and utterly exceptional at motivating people to follow his direction. He’s a genius at getting his co-workers to do what is needed while making them feel confident and brilliant all at the same time. His leadership skills are unparalleled – he motivates and inspires while keeping the team on track and on time. He is passionate about any project he undertakes and doesn’t rest until it’s perfect. He would be an asset to any organization in virtually any capacity.

I'm happy to be back freelancing with INVNT after a 3 year hiatus. Before the pandemic, I had the pleasure of collaborating with INVNT on the ESPN Upfront at the Minskoff Theater in various roles, ultimately serving as Stage Director in 2016 & 2017. I also worked with the team as Stage Director for the 2017 Samsung Unpacked at the Park Avenue Armory. I feel fortunate to be associated with such a forward thinking company.
