I've worked with Dan for a couple of years in the West Michigan district. Dan has worked in several areas for us and quickly went from a training manager to his present role of District Business Manager. Unfortunatley, due to a re-structure, his present role is being eliminated. Dan has filled in where necessary and has worn many different hats for us. One of Dan's top strengths is Responsibility and he has demonstrated this strength in any role he has taken on. Dan has a good rapport with the district team, the General Manager group as well as the store employees. He always displays a professional demeanor and is fair and consistent with the way he manages his subordinates. He challenges his teams to do their best and demonstrates the work ethic he seeks.
