Before I stand tall for Dan and share all of his management, leadership soft and other skills, I want to share with you what I know about Dan as a person. There are certain things all companies and managers look for and want to know about individuals when making hiring or business relationship decisions. These traits may include and would not be limited to things like values, honesty, integrity, ethics, morals, hard working, etc...Would this person be a good fit or do I want to do business with him? In my opinion, a persons make up is part DNA, part environment and up bringing and the rest simply comes down to choices people make. What kind of a person do I want to be and choose to be? If you know Dan, you know what I am talking about. If you don't know him, I encourage you to get to know him. As a Regional, I always knew I could trust Dan and his judgement and couldn't help but respect him as a person. His priorities always included his family, his team and making the right choices. He always made good personal and business decisions. The traits I mentioned above always were a driver of those decisions. He is also one of those people that you just can't help but like the minute you meet him. Dans team always ranked at the top of all sales metrics. If Dan could "track it", he would figure out a way to improve it! He held his team and each individual accountable to perform at a very high level. His team was always well trained, very engaged and motivated. He and his team expected to finish first at everything and many times they did! He is a great communicator and has very good interpersonal skills while being extremely organized. He is very professional and demanding of himself and his team but always found a way to have fun!
