I worked with Dan a few years ago when I was President of the Homeowners Association of the Cloisters Northwest Condominium Corporation, the closest neighbor to Divine Savior High School; and DSHA was embarking on a very ambitious addition to their school. Dan approached us to see if we would rent the school 35 parking spaces in our upper lot for upper class students because the new construction was eliminating these parking spaces. We agreed, and the arrangement worked out without a hitch for the entire year of the construction. DSHA has been, and still is, an excellent neighbor to our condominium; and a large part of that is the leadership provided by Dan.
