The team was instrumental to Sage’s support over the beginning of the furlough period, handling thousands of customers a day, providing answers to hundreds of customers at once via live demonstrations and live video. As we started this team from scratch, I have been part of the process of setting up the sessions, creating the content we display, promoting the team to frontline agents and customers, and developing the goals the team want to achieve. As part of this role, I have expanded my excel knowledge considerably, and have built numerous spreadsheets to track team and individual stats over the course of my time with Sage.
