  Owner representative for various construction projects including residential and commercial projects in Los Angeles, Orange County and Northern California -Manage, schedule and coordinate consultant team through entitlement, schematic design, design development, and final construction documents. -Provide timely construction cost estimates for a wide range of projects and assist the Development Manager in the preparation of the projects development budgets and proforma studies. -Negotiate and award architect and general contractor contracts. -Review all subcontractor bids that general contractor receives and assist in the scope review process and qualifying of subcontractors. -Review and approve contractor and consultant application for payments including review of change orders. -Conduct weekly project meetings with architect, consultant team and construction team to track and address job progress, open issues, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, and job cost. -Ensure that all necessary approvals and city permits are obtained.
