      With more than 25 of experience in accounting and consulting at all levels and various types of businesses, I came to SIB because of the unique business model and fast paced environment. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, and having a unique business model in the expense reduction space, fully in-house services in 88 categories of GL spend, SIB serves a diverse base of clients with locations in every state and a couple of provinces of Canada! Altogether SIB clients have more than 100,000 locations---that's a lot of savings! SIB has been very successful with helping find savings and refunds upwards of 30% on monthly expenses such as utilities, waste removal, telecom, cable and satellite TV, credit card processing, janitorial service, property tax and workers compensation insurance. The process is straightforward; we look for billing errors, contract compliance, and utility tariff errors. We make sure our client's rates are the lowest possible for their classification of business and obtain refunds based on our findings. We implement savings with existing vendors and never recommend a client change vendors unless requested to do so. Unlike other consulting firms, SIB’s innovative business model is based only on a percentage of the savings we find and only after the client realizes savings in the form of reduced bills. If no savings are found no invoice is issued. Backed by a powerful network of highly qualified professional analysts and auditors, SIB conducts a short situational assessment, SIB can determine which services are high priorities and critical to the operation of your business--and have the greatest potential for saving you money!
