  9 years experience in residential service plumbing. Including 15 months residential single family new construction. Experience includes: whole house remodels and additions, sewer repair and replacement (methods including boring and pipe bursting), drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, water well systems, septic and lateral systems, closed loop hydronic floor heat systems, gas piping (flex, black iron, hdpe), tankless water heaters (installation and maintenance), sump pumps and stormwater remediation, hydro jetting, grease interceptors, sewer camera and location, leak detection, water service line repair and replacement, water softeners, reverse osmosis, sewage ejection systems, bathtub and shower unit replacement, boiler heating systems. Ability to operate skid loader, mini excavator, and trencher. Have Class B CDL with airbrakes and passenger endorsement. Ability to work both as a team member and independently without supervision. Ability to train apprentices. Ability to read basic residential prints. Job bidding and costing experience in most areas.
