  Responsible for the operation and maintenance program at a 700 MW 7FA simple cycle plant with a 500Kv switchyard. Implemented and utilized MP2 as a maintenance program to manage work orders, inventory, purchasing, and employees/vendors. Assumed Plant Manager position after 18 months of performing the O&M supervisor position. Successfully completed (2) combustion inspections (1) emergency CI during peak season and annual plant outages. Involved in project management both capital and improvement projects, maintenance outage coordinator, and site designated PJM training liaison. Assigned site training liason for both generation and transmission certifications. Achieved 100% availability for 2007 this included a perfect safety record with no reportable environmental events. Responsible for implementing site specific RFC and NERC standards along with cooridnating site participation within the PJM market.

Optimized plant reporting and documentation by maximizing program automation and capabilities with minimal management input.
