  First Architectural job out of college, great overall experience; entry level drafting, project design support the first 2 years, Project Management and Project Designer the remaining 12 years. Small firm (4-6 employees) allowed the opportunity to gain experience in the full Architectural process from Marketing through Project Closeout including design, building code, architectural and construction cost estimating, scheduling, building and zoning permitting process, bidding and negotiating, and construction administration while maintaining close Client and Consultant contact and coordination.
