Performed a wide variety of tasks as Marketing Co-ordinator at VX Sport Software UI and UX Design of VX Sport's various software platforms (Desktop, Mobile, Web). Ensuring that new features are powerful yet easy to use, while still being visually appealing is key. Designed and developed VX Sport's companion Training Load application (www.trainingload.net). Worked with colleagues in the sports science field to understand the needs of our customers, and designed an application that makes it easy for users to understand their data. Ease of use and clarity of data were main focus points of this project, which is still ongoing. Marketing Create marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere. Materials range from printed brochures and flyers to instructional videos and social media content. Kept social media channels up to date with content on a regular basis. Worked with marketing departments from our sponsored teams to create engaging content for our social media pages as well as theirs. Worked with our Managing Director on pricing, feature set and range offerings across both hardware and software. Updated and edited our Silverstripe based website to reflect changes in positioning as well as keeping content fresh. Systems Implemented Zendesk based helpdesk and ticketing system to streamline customer support, and work towards making it easier for our customers to find answers. Updated all user manuals from basic word documents, to fully graphical PDF's designed using Adobe InDesign. Managed VX Sport's CRM system, ensuring sales information contained within was correct and up to date. Used exported data from CRM to create monthly sales reports for decision makers.
