All BTEC courses has 100% pass rate with 100% of students achieving target grade (lowest grade achieved DMM) and 60% of students achieving over their target grade. Main responsibilities include:Lead and delivery of BTEC and EFLT Foundation Degree, including assignment writing, timetabling, programme of study, pastoral provision, recruitment, welfare and safeguarding of students, staff CPD in Safeguarding, appointment of teaching staff.Lead link for the Trust to funding provider which include reporting on targets and delivery, quality assurance and funding.Oversee education provision outside of BTEC which include funded projects such as Premier League Enterprise, and long term provision to schools, including KS4 (BTEC level 1) delivery of PE to The Heights Free School, Blackburn.
