After working in various roles at DBJA, I began leading a nurture provision that caters for children with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. My duties included; planning, creating and implementing separate curriculums of work specifically for the nurture provision, teaching, and monitoring pupils progress. The provision had fantastic results and proved to be a vital part of the academy.
