  Started in Metrology operating FIB/SEM (Focused Ion Beam/ Scanning Electron Microscope) and AFM doing defect analysis to improve surface defects on reticle masks. Moved to Clean/Etch sector and operated as well as perform equipment maintenance on Mask Clean Track and ASC tools using different chemistry to clean reticle masks as well as operate Lasertech tool to scan for defects and Veeco Deposition tool. At this time I have been moved to the EUVT Outgas tool in which I perform equipment maintenance as well as operate the tool to test different resists for contamination levels that may effect Exposure Tools (ASML). While in SEMATECH I received two separate Outstanding contribution awards and a Corporate Excellence Team Award.
