Second to none in the "no B.S." arena, Dan says it like it is and tries to brainstorm collaborativeness to the extreme. To this end, he is extremely effective. 100% recommendation!

Having spent 5 years at my last job cleaning ProFlo PF-1805 urinals I was ready for a new challenge. All of the Legacy facilities have Sloan WEUS1000 urinals with optional autoflush so when I was offered a chance to clean them training directly under world renowned janitorial legend Wilford "Pancake" Jackson I lept at the opportunity! Within two short months I am already trusted to change the urinal cakes on my own and last week I was taught a gloveless method that shaved two hours off the routine! Show less

Consulting on different areas of sanitation including proper broom management, advanced mopping techniques, and urinal cake dispensing. Reduced toilet mildew by 25% in first 3 months and am now planning to implement a fecal recycling program that could reduce water usage by half. Enjoying the challenges posed by maintaining the sanitation of a CAD/CAM software environment. I have taken on of several initiatives such as shortening the mop handle length by 15 centimeters allowing a higher push/pull rate (increasing mopping productivity by 14%) and invoking a complete ban on Mexican foods from employee lunches which is believed to have stretched the life of the company bathroom facilities by up to 26 months. Cleaning and disinfecting of the school buildings. Using supercooled helium in conjunction with high frequency transducers I developed the first known method of removing bulk vomit without sawdust (now known as the Oglechuck Shattering Technique). I was hired to consult on the development project 89H, this was to be the worlds first mop with an AM/FM radio built in. After several prototypes it was realized that the material removed to house the electronics destabilized the handle matrix. The entire project was shut down in August 1999 when we lost 7 men in an explosion at Development Center 12.
