Dan came to TCT recommended by a colleague who had worked with Dan previously, and was hired to work one of our more difficult accounts in terms of compliance due to the complexity of the parts and the complexity of the required specifications. Dan’s primary focus was to improve the manufacturability and profitability of components for Rolls-Royce’s RR-300, F-35, and Trent 700 & 800 RIDN/RODN programs. Dan’s natural curiosity, systematic approach, impeccable organizational skills gives him the ability follow through on actions, pursue action items to their true root-causes and frankly find the core of real root of problems and address them. Rarely did Dan apply countermeasures twice for the same root cause. Dan was an engineering asset to my team at TCT and comes with my highest recommendation.

Develop manufacturing plan to meet customer design requirements. Create manufacturing documentation for machinist instruction and process requirements. Create inspection plan to verify 100% product conformance. Keep customers up-to-date on delivery status, manufacturing changes, and product deviations (not that those ever happen). Guide machinists in rework/repair. Drive quality, cost, and time through process improvement. Develop manufacturing plan to meet customer design requirements.
