  At Somerset Industries, I am highly valued as a core member of the engineering team helping to advance the ever-evolving restaurant industry. I have been responsible for the continued progression of new product development as well as overseeing the maintenance and improvement of current products. As the Lead Design Engineer, I am trusted to bring products through the entire design process myself - everything from rough conceptualizing for the initial design requirements to assembling the first prototypes to ensure proper function. I enjoy being depended on to provide a finished product that will be a fixture in the kitchens of international food chains as well as local bakeries and eateries. Before it ceased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I also oversaw the company's Engineering Intern program.
