From the minute I met Dan I wanted to work with him. He had bundles of excitement, which I’m glad to say has never diminished. He was courageous, wanting to do stuff no one else had done. There was no ego, he was authentically charming, funny and caring, not to mention highly creative. I don’t think there’s a bad word to be said about Dan, he’s just one of those people who is positive to the core and fearless in his approach. I was right to want to work with him as it proved to be a real pleasure and now, with his new status as Creative Director, I know his qualities will rub off on all those around him and make for an exciting place and a great future.

He’s a fantastic art director, and yet he’s always searching for a new way to stretch himself, which is a rare and extremely valuable quality. He’s also a natural leader: a personality you can’t help but look up to, and someone who makes anyone - client or colleague - feel instantly at ease.
