  Girder-Slab is a non property system of structural steel, a unique interior beam called a D Beam and precast hollow core concrete floor and roof plank. When assembled per our Design Guide the unique beam and the hollow core slabs develop a composite connection. This slim beam is flush with the bottom of the plank allowing a low floor to floor height building similar to a cast in place concrete structure. There are over 250 completed Girder-Slab buildings, approximately 16 million SF of new construction. www.girder-slab.com
