It was excellent having Dan visit King's College School, Panama recently to deep dive into our staff culture and provide our team with some insightful reflections. He quickly became familiar with the school systems and how we operate on a daily basis to understand our context and culture. I would recommend Dan to spend time with teams and institutions to allow all that contribute to reflect upon effective culture within schools.

We engaged Dan to come and do a culture audit at our school in February 2023. We were keen to get a feel for how the covid pandemic and the move to a new campus had affected the school culture, and to inform our development planning and preparations for an upcoming BSO inspection. Dan provided a professional service from start to finish. He is engaging, knowledgeable and deeply empathetic. In meetings with staff and students, Dan was able to inspire and provoke deep reflection. As an outcome of the visit, we feel that we have a deeper understanding of our school culture and are able to fine tune our development targets moving forward. Dan is an amazing communicator and has a genuine sense of what makes a positive school culture, based on years of experience as an educator and school leader. He is authentic and eloquent, and was able to work well with the team, building trust and interest from the get go.
