I had the privilege of working with Mr. Dumlao at Eriicsson (Raynet, Inc). Mr. Dumlao was the Senior Optical Buyer at Ericsson for my program and was called upon to arrange for and negotiate agreements with various vendors for one of/prototype hardware modules for our fiberoptic systems. This required knowledge of the program scheduling for just in time equipment for engineering testing and integration. He provided the expertise to ensure that the program schedule was met by working with supply vendors sometimes on a daily basis for new product introduction. He completed all of this in a professional and efficient manner.

While Dan worked for me at Vitesse, he managed the high-dollar Opto-Mechanical, Opto-Electrical and custom optical components. Well respected and very easy to work with, in our small team atmosphere. Always driven to meet NPI requirements and/or production schedules, utilizing all the tools at our disposal, I would not hesitate to recommend Dan for similar positions.
