This means, - Define the projects need with the client during call conferences, estimate them in order to allow the company to propose the best offer to our clients, - Conceptualize application's data model, inline with the requirements and the most optimized possible, - Develop the complex functionalities of our projects (functionalities that requires experimentation with our technology like Rest API integrations, algorithms that requires deep analysis etc.) - Being part of the recruitement process by doing technical interviews with new potential developers, - Create training programs for them to be ready to work on real projects with our very specific main technology (Mendix), - Plan meetings with all the different collaborators of the company (Developers, Project Manager, UX Designer, QA, etc.) in order to bring more efficiency in our work by structuring our way to code and to communicate, to share knowledge by regrouping our developments into reusable modules, to help each other to work in a more professional and efficient way. I am highly involved in the process of increasing the quality level of what we provide.
