      One Green Thing (OGT) is the first non-profit organization to focus primarily on addressing climate anxiety among young people. It provides assistance in the form of curriculum development, workshops, consulting, public speaking, and publishing. It also provides the first-ever personality assessment tool specifically designed to allow young people (as well as people of all ages) to identify what role in addressing climate change would be best for them.       Dan Delurey is President of Wedgemere Group, a DC-based firm focused on the transformation & modernization of the electricity sector, including how it addresses climate change mitigation & resilience. Delurey is the founder of several national organizations (incl. the Association for Demand Response & Smart Grid) and several national events, including the National Summit on Smart Grid & Climate Change and the National Town Meeting on Demand Response & Smart Grid. The latter is one of the most widely acclaimed events in its space, and Delurey's style of creating and flexibly facilitating day-long roundtable sessions has been called unique. Delurey has also achieved a reputation for being able to bring together opposing parties on a given issue, and design and facilitate a dialogue that connects dots and leads to resolution of challenging issues. Delurey has over 25 years of experience, including as an Executive with Utilities & Cleantech Companies. He has been the subject of a feature interview on NPR’s All Things Considered. He has presented/testified at Congressional Hearings, Federal & State Agency Hearings, and White House special events. He was twice selected be participate in the Conference on World Affairs of the Univ. of Colorado, Boulder, where he joined 99 other international experts from diverse areas of expertise in a week-long symposium on current societal issues. He is an Accredited Delegation Head for the COP Series of UN Meetings on Climate Change, and served as Master of Ceremonies at the U.S. Climate Action Center at COP-23 in Bonn. Dan is a former 2-term Member of the Advisory Committee to the Secretary of Commerce on Trade in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Over the past 15 years, Delurey has helped develop much of the state & federal policy in place regarding demand response & smart grid, including the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the Energy Investment and Security Act of 2007 and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
