  As Training Manager, I design, organize and deliver all of the training needs for the 500 or so drivers. This includes New Hire Orientations (13 days), Training Fairs, Train The Trainer Courses, Refresher Courses for drivers (an 8 hour and a 4 hour session delivered to each driver annually), Road Supervisor Courses, Post Incident Training conducted with a driver following a preventable incident and various other training initiatives.
