      As leader of the department, I managed a team of Engineers and Technicians to provide reactive/planned maintenance as well as supporting the developers in research and development of new technologies and techniques. I had a direct reporting line to the board with full accountability for controlling the departmental budget and achieve set targets and KPIs.
