Pre-mobilization Training Assistance Element (PTAE)
-
Jan 2012 - Jan 2013
Assisted units of the Michigan Army National Guard with their pre-mobilization training. I would meet with the unit's commander and assist with the scheduling and planning of all required training events for the pre-mobilization period. I would then provide the training to the unit myself or I would facilitate and evaluate the training given by subject matter experts. Upon completion of training it was my job to compile all data into two different tracking reports. These reports were used to successfully track the unit's progression within the proper guidance.
