  I have worked for Century Sun going on 21yrs. I have worked salt bath heat treat, Atmosphere heat treat, Blast Dept, Straightening Dept, S/R as the 3rd shift Asst. Production Mgr. I have spent approximately 16 1/2yrs in a supervisor role. I have coached in our salt,atmosphere,and 3rd shift S/R for that time. I finally was given the opportunity I have been wanting, moving to the Quality, and Pyrometry side of the business. Always looking to further my education in the heat treating business and looking forward to learning more about the quality side of the business. Show less
