As a cell site acquisition manager for Phase 1 Consulting, Dan is responsible for both Macro and Small Cell Deployment. Specializing in the leasing and permitting of new site builds (raw land, and collocation of towers, water tanks, rooftops and chimneys), equipment swaps/upgrades, generator replacements/upgrades, and fiber upgrades, Dan is well versed in the complexities of cell site development. Experience further includes, Full Turn Key Projects, vendor management (A&E, Environmental, Radio Frequency Monitoring and Title Reports), and colo-application process with tower companies (both MLA and non-MLA). While approaching each project with a sense of urgency, Dan particularly prides himself on his ability to calmly and efficiently address any issues that may arise. Each site is approached with one goal in mind: a successful launch that is completed on time, to customer satisfaction and specification.Dan’s unique background has also given him the ability to provide valuable perspective to clients. Prior to joining Phase 1, Dan worked as a commercial real estate appraiser specializing in litigation. Appraising a wide-range of commercial sites throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, Dan developed strong skills in assessing market value, cost, and income valuation. Upon joining Phase 1, Dan began as a specialist in zoning and permit expediting before transitioning to site acquisition. Dan is also an Illinois licensed real estate broker. Leveraging the experience and skills gained from working in the appraising and permit expediting services, Dan is able to deliver an unparalleled level of service to carriers seeking site acquisition throughout the Chicagoland area. With a thorough knowledge of the real estate market and government regulations he is able to quickly identify viable sites for development. And with the successful launch of hundreds of regional sites, the customer can rely on Dan to ensure that carriers achieve their project objectives.
