Dan Mayo is an effective underwriter and manager by combining both professionalism and strong interpersonal skills. Under Dan’s skilled oversight the North Eastern territory consistently outperformed the other business units and was profitably growing despite a challenging market. Admiral’s decision to exit the Property market was driven by poor results (in regions other than the NE). Any employer that is fortunate to have Dan join their team will greatly benefit from his expertise, experience and good nature. I rate Dan as an excellent employee who I fully endorse and I am available should he require a written or phone confirmation of my recommendation. It is rare that someone with the skill set that Dan Mayo has become available in any industry and I am confident that he will be an asset wherever he lands.

Dan Mayo has been one of my key underwriters for over 10 years. His ability to tackle challenging underwriting situations compounded with his excellent customer service has made him a crucial partner in growing and developing a successful book of business. Dan goes above and beyond and I look forward to our continued joint successes.
