Damon is an incredible operator. He is a client facing and commercial deal maker. I supported Damon on a number of highly complex global media deals with a number of internal and external stakeholders. He navigated his way through these with great calm, enthusiasm and commercial acumen; he was always engaged and supporting, has great presence in the room and has a way of breaking down difficult problems into manageable and solvable pieces so that deals did not get sidetracked and were completed on time.

Damon was my manager during my last year at CCI. Damon is a great manager and professional, I always felt since I left one year with Damon was not enough, I learned a lot about team management and strategy with him. He is easy to work with, accessible and always listens and takes into account your ideas and helps to deliver them in the right direction. I would recommend anyone to work with Damon and be part of his team!
