Damon Pace works miracles! There is no doubt in my mind that if you are lucky enough to have Damon working for you he will make you look good. Hands down I recommend Damon for employment. I worked with Damon at Martin Brinkerhoff Associates and he was the backbone of the whole operation. He is extremely reliable and a very hard worker. Damon would drive to the end of the earth to set up for a meeting, production, anything at wee hours of the morning. He would have organized equipment, transported it, and set it all up.
