  View Residential was created by brother and I and came in to being through an already on going family business ran by my mother and her partner which dealt with the procurement of residential properties for an established investment group, properties would be sourced for the investor, renovated for either a quick sale or passed onto a local letting agent, the group would also invest in developments of apartments, the idea of View Residential was to create an in house property management company… View Residential was created by brother and I and came in to being through an already on going family business ran by my mother and her partner which dealt with the procurement of residential properties for an established investment group, properties would be sourced for the investor, renovated for either a quick sale or passed onto a local letting agent, the group would also invest in developments of apartments, the idea of View Residential was to create an in house property management company for the group rather than pass them on to numerous different letting agents.My role involved all aspects of the letting/property management process, liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis, property inspections, marketing new properties, attending viewings, income/credit checks, drafting tenancy agreements, creating inventories, managing the tenant database, management of deposit scheme, processing of payments to landlords, monthly financial statements, chasing arrears, Liaising with contractors, Arranging monthly service payments, managing services required for block apartments, cleaning of communal areas, cleaning of windows, landscaping and gardening, ensuring that the overall site is maintained to a high level of living.Due to certain family issues I left View Residential as it was in my best interest at the time, I gained valuable experience and knowledge through my time at the company and obtained a number of my own properties which I now fully manage personally.   My main role at Bury Reprographics was the reproduction and sometimes design of anything from business cards, letterheads, flyers and even company logos using programs on Mac computers such as QuarkXPress and Photoshop, My time may have been short with the company but It gave me the experience of being thorough with my work as well as working to a deadline.
